For those that wish to put multimedia content online Flash is the best way to go. Proponents say Flash allows them to put together audio, video, still pictures and text in a single format. It is more effective than Quicktime, Dreamweaver and Windows Media Player. Flash Journalism is a new wave of journalism, which delivers a medley of content quickly and efficiently. This is a good form of journalism when executed the right way. Journalism, whether it’s print, broadcast, or photo is a medium of deadlines and a flash journalist may have a tendency to rush through a story because there are so many different elements to the story. That is the negative aspect of flash journalism, rather than focusing on one particular story, the journalist must pay attention to numerous platforms.
